Miriam Stener is on behalf of her own business responsible for the company`s processing of personal data.

2. Personal data that is being stored

Depending on what kind of order you place with us, we store the following types of personal data: Name, address, phone number, email address, log in information for courses and payment information, and information freely given in emails or given by participants in Zoom meetings either one-on-one or in a group. We also store your purchase history and behavior on our websites and in our email campaigns, which means we store information about how the individual customer/visitor navigates on our sites. 

3. Personal data of minors

Miriam Stener does not knowingly process personal data belonging to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must not use our websites, sign up for our newsletter, order a freebee or buy and participate in courses/coaching held by Miriam Stener without the written explicit consent from your parent or legal guardian. In the event we are being informed that we are processing any data of minors, we will immediately delete all data collected about the minor in all of our systems.

4. Purpose of processing

We process your information in order to perform our contract with you. We also use the data to give you information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via email, mail, SMS and physical products sent via mail. Furthermore, we use your information to administer courses and sign ups and participation in activities held by Miriam Stener, and to improve our products and customer follow up.

Information like name, address, phonenumber and email address is processed to perform our agreement with you. The legal grounds for this processing is Art 6.1.b Performance of contract in the GDPR. Where you have given consent, the data will also be used to send information, offers and service to you in connection with your purchase via email, phone or SMS: The legal ground for this processing is Art 6.1.a Consent. You can always withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving this kind of information and offers from usWhere you have given consent, your information will be used for direct marketing from us to you. This is on the legal ground of Art 6.1.a Consent in the GDPR and you can at any time withdraw this consent. IP – address and username is used to give you access to the course/courses you have bought. The legal ground for this processing is Art 6.1.b Performance of contract in the GDPR. Miriam Stener does not use Google Analytics, but Fea create`s built in analytics systems and tools. Fea Create Analytic collects and stores information about visitors/customers behavior on websites, in emails, and the individual students progress in our courses. The legal ground for this processing is Art 6.1.c Legitimate interest for improving our content and customer follow-up. It is important that you as a customer is aware that this kind of analysis cannot be deactivated by Miriam Stener, so if you do not agree to take part in such analysis you must not use our websites, order our freebees, sign up for our newsletter or order/participate in our courses.Information voluntarily shared by participants in Zoom meetings, either in a group or during one-on-one meetings is being processed on the legal grounds of Art 6.1.a Consent and Art 9.2.a Explicit Consent. All recordings of meetings are consented to by each participant beforehand.

7. Transfer of data to third parties or countries

We will never sell your personal data with third parties or countries. We only transfer your data to the companies who provide us with their services or if we are required by law enforcement to disclose your data to them. To perform our contract with you, we share your information with the following companies: Fea Create, Loopia, Zoom, PayPal and Stripe.

IMPORTANT! Please note that Zoom, PayPal and Stripe are American companies who store your information on American grounds, and because of US law it cannot be guaranteed that your personal data will be as protected as it is in the EU/EEA area.Because of this we always ask for your explicit consent to send and store your personal information in the USA at the time you opt in for a freebee, sign up for our newsletter and /or order our courses/coaching programs. If you do not want your data being sent and stored in the USA you must not use our websites, order our freebees, sign up for our newsletters or order and participate in our courses/coaching programs.

8. Deletion of personal data

Information we are bound by bookkeeping laws to store, will be stored for upto 5 years on the legal grounds of Art 6.1.c Legal Obligations in the GDPR. Data we have received through your order or purchase, is stored for upto 3 years or until you request our deletion of your information. Information collected Kajabi Analytics about website activity and landing pages are renewed every 30 days. Analyses of quality and interest in individual email campaigns does not have a set date for deletion. The storing of Zoom group meetings are only stored at the explicit consent from each participant and has no date for deletion as these recordings are used as supplementary content in our courses.

9. Rights for the registered

Miriam Stener is processing your personal data according to European Data Protection Laws and the GDPR. If you reside in the EU/EEA area, these are your rights: 

Insight in what data we have stored about you. Transfer of your data to other companies. Correction of faults in the data we store about you. To protest our use and processing of your personal data. Limit our use and processing of your personal data. Deletion of the personal date we have stored about you/right to be forgotten. You can send a complaint to Data protection authorities about data processing that contradicts the law, but we hope you will reach out to us first to resolve the issue.

Miriam Stener is responsible for her company`s processing of data, and that this processing is according to European Data Protection Laws and the GDPR.

We secure your data with physical and virtual restricted access, encrytion, DPA with each of the companies we use the systems of and only use the systems of companies that have a Data Protection Officer within the EU/EEA area.
